A great place to stay for all events at UT. Campus and downtown are very walkable. The free breakfast is great. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The only downside is the street noise. It is very loud especially during high traffic times. There is a white noise machine in the room that helps a bit.

We had an excellent stay…if you choose rooms in the front of the building, you’ll have to be able to sleep through the traffic noise from Henley and Cumberland. There is a noise machine in the room which was thoughtful. We were within walking distance of Market Square so had ample choices in restaurants and shops.

This property is a short walk to the University of Tennessee and Market Square. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean other than the bathroom floor. Ask for a room NOT facing Hensley Street as it creates a LOT of noise. The parking garage cost $25.00 per night and is a tight squeeze with limited spaces (overflow is a gravel lot).

Gal at front desk was exceptionally friendly & helpful at check in. Breakfast was great. Fire alarm at 5 AM was upsetting out of a sound sleep. The outside noise heard all night from sixth floor was shocking. $25 additional to park seems excessive. One nights' stay cost us $286- ouch.

Shira, I think that's her name, who greeted us at the desk was the sweetest. We got there an hour early and got to check in early with no charge or problems. The whole staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good hot food. Will definitely stay again

Clean, quiet room. Daily breakfast could be better; first morning had some unidentifiable item next to the eggs which I think were sausage crumbles and the cinnamon rolls were hard on the bottom. Kind of tired of the parking fee; with the cost of the room I feel that should be included.

The faculty is nice but the noise is terrible as it is located on Main Street. Will not stay there again. They told me when checking out that rooms with even numbers are less noisy but they gave us and odd number.
