Hotel close to interstate and restaurants.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Location was convenient to downtown and restaurants.
Always a wonderful stay at this Clarion hotel. This hotel is, without a doubt, the best deal in Knoxville. Comfort, cleanliness, and overall satisfaction, it's TOPS!
My room was on the East side of the building facing Interstate 75. The bumper to bumper truck traffic all night kept me awake all night. The only employee was a young girl in her early 20's and couldn't be found, Tried to use the recliner chair but it was broken and locked in an uncomfortable position. Would I stay here again.......absolutely not.
I always stay there. Great rooms,breakfast, and staff.

A good room for a great price.
My friends and I were visit the area for my first time and somehow I was put in charge of booking the room. I got so lucky with my choice. While the room was small t was clean and well taken care of. The only negative was the odor of chlorine in the water and the dry skin as a result. Amber was a sweetheart and directed us to a few local places to have fun and it was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Fingers crossed they refill the Coke Zero in the vending machines.
The hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great.
The decor is dated and we had a room that faced the highway- which was a little loud. Luckily, we had a white noise machine that canceled that out!
Overall, we would stay again!
I've stayed at another clarion that was better. We checked in a little early and the room given to us was not finished yet by the maid. In fact the maid started cleaning before check in and must have went to break because she left the door open and the maid cart in front of it. They also left the balcony door open letting bugs into the room from the bushes outside.
It was not a pleasant stay the first two and a half days there cable and internet was shut off according to the front desk no refunds were to be given for inconvenience.
