Average hotel but definitely need better soundproofing. Could hear our neighbors in the adjoining room snoring all night. The breakfast was also very poor, just sugary snack cakes. Would have liked traditional hotel breakfast items like bagels and jelly. Would stay again only because dogs stay free.

Great place for a short work trip. Staff was kind, plenty of parking, fast food options at a walkable distance, pretty clean, & safe area. Only thing that needs improvement are the washer & dryer at the location.

Ok, well, I cannot fault cleanliness, because it was clean. But it was certainly...spartan. There was nothing fancy. No frills, here! A king-sized bed, no headboard, 1 sidetable, 1 phone, desk, and chest of drawers, TV, but no closet, no Kleenex-like tissue, no coffee-maker, and no blow-dryer. Breakfast is continental, and "grab and go."

The room, the cleanliness and spaciousness was definitely 10/10!! I book this specific hotel every time we vacation down to Tennessee! Our only downfall is always the bed. It is very firm. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this place!!! The staff are incredible. Breakfast is always available as well. It smells amazing throughout the entire hotel also. Which is a major bonus lol. The room is supplied with a mini fridge, a microwave, soaps and towels, hand towels and washcloths. They also come in every day and tidy it back up for you before you get back from wherever you're going. :)

Hotel was a clean and affordable stop on our way to Charlotte. The area was safe and convenient to restaurants. While the room was updated and clean, the lobby area was not. Breakfast is just Hostess snacks and coffee. I would stay here again.

Nice room, very clean very basic, very new. Great room for a nights sleep ... We make 2 or 3 trips a year from AZ to NY. This was a convenient stop for us. Actually stopped here, early, on our return trip.
