I booked for 5 people but room given was for 4 sleeps. When i asked for what i booked for. Receptionist said you can cancel if you want. This was at around 9pm on Christmas eve.... even i asked him that i would pay difference for upgrade to king bed, he said it is fully booked

The property is dated and has rust around the light and water sprinkler in the bathroom. The lamp shade and curtains are dingy. The bathroom ceiling had mild, the panlint was starting to chip. The beds in 211 were lumpy. I was disappointed. I stayed previously and that room must have been renovated (vinyl floors, better bed and decor). If you request anything from the front desk, you have to come down to get it (e.g we needed more towles and wash clothes, not sure why 3 is the standard for a room that sleeps 4, and they said bring us the dirty towels and you can get more. I had to leave my kids in the room because we were all shower ready when we realized there werent enough towels). Small things matter. I definitely wont stay again. Do better La Quinta.

I called early to let them know I was gonna arrive late. Usually I will get checked in because I’m going to arrive after the order is done whenever I arrive there at five in the morning the night auditor or the Front Desk. Immediately said that you cannot find my reservation. I’ve been driving all night for 10 hours. I had an old lady that had to take insulin with me and me and my girlfriend were exhausted. The point of me calling earlier so I could be checked in so I could just pick up my keys and go straight to sleep to check out at 11 AM instead I have to teach him how to do things because I myself am in the hospitality industry. He was acting like he was doing me a big favor by checking me in. Staff needs better training in customer service and common sense I should’ve been checked in then the audit is run, since it’s a one night nonrefundable reservation very frustrating
