This hotel’s rooms are spotless and nice. It’s as nice as more expensive chains costing nearly twice as much.great value for money. The staff, especially Aaron and Daniel, are very friendly and efficient.

I booked an airport shuttle for 5am because of an early flight. When I came down around 4:45pm the front desk was empty. I kept calling nobody answered. It was almost 4:55am nobody was around. I decided to call the front desk by phone. That was the only time somebody picked up. His voice sounded sleepy. That is not the only problem. There was another guest with me for the trip. When we arrived at the airport we went to the back to get our luggage. We were expecting the staff to open the back of the van for us. But he did not. We stood there for awhile. He did not do anything until l located the button to open the back door of the van. The service was very poor. You work in a hospitality industry. You should be accomodating and helpful to your guests.
