First thing we noticed was the smell of mold and mildew. After a few minutes in the room we noticed hair on the toilet, shower, and towels. Dark drips down the wall in the bathroom. There were dirt, crumbs, and debris all over the floor, the bed skirts were covered in hair from pets. There was mold in several places including the back of the upholstered chair. The outlets had brown gunk all over them. Sitting on the bed you could hear and feel the springs, it was so uncomfortable especially with my spine disorder I would not have been able to sleep on them. The comforter had holes in it, some obviously cigarette burned. The tv remote and door knobs were greasy. The door to the bathroom was so terribly repaired in so many places it was ridiculous. Honestly the worst and most disgusting experience I've had since 2010, there is no reason these days to pay almost $100 for a room that awful. Very unsanitary.

I'm local tow truck driver and I stay at this location all the time and the customer service is great especially Jeff and it's easy for me to get to my calls from this location and there's plenty of parking for my rollback

I didn't even stay for a myriad of reasons and they won't give me my money back. The parking is dirty and so is the lobby. The clerk was one of the rudest people I've met in my entire life. I highly recommend no one stay here.
