We stayed 3 nights at the Oliver and it was excellent. Rooms are huge, well decorated and clean. They have everything you need. Great restaurants and shops a few steps away. The staff was the best I’ve experienced. 100% will stay here again

Location!

Great location for exploring Knoxville! Wish we could have gotten into the speakeasy :( We waiting more than 1/2 hour in a cold, dimly lit hallway with no seating and finally gave up. Also would loved to have had a lobby or place to sit and chat with the other couple with us. All in all a 9/10 and would stay again

A port in the storm

With a major snow storm approaching, I managed a last minute reservation at Hotel Oliver to be closer to airport but not in middle of nowhere. Turned out to be the best choice I could make, as my flights were cancelled and I needed to extend my stay a day. All staff and management were exceptionally helpful. Many things were closed but they were aware of all restaurants that were open. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family who may come through here again. And I recommend it to you!
