Located adjacent to the Knoxville Market Square, the Oliver is very comfortable, with friendly staff and an excellent adjacent restaurant, as well as numerous options nearby. Worth the effort of navigating street/utility construction in the area (April 2025). Valet parking helped!

Nice hotel- well appointed and clean. The only thing was that the towels were a little worn and the bed linens had some small stains. But overall a great hotel and a great location.

The Oliver Hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores around. Everything was in perfect walking distance from this hotel. The hotel is very well run with great staff who genuinely seem happy there. The hotel vibes are warm, happy, and charming, and evoke a nostalgic feeling that is such a unique experience. The rooms are large, clean, and laid out in a practical manner. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The room provides everything you need. It is clear they put a lot of work into ensuring that we had a great stay, with a lot of thoughtful touches that you just wouldn't find in other hotels.
