Breakfast was poor, room was great, bar was very noisy (but not atmosphere just very noisy!). Limited selection at breakfast and average at best service at breakfast made for a disappointing experience. Good location for airport, 15min drive. Lots of parking.

Very average. Evening meal was good, breakfast is poor. Beds are so soft you sink into them. Service during day at the bar is super super slow. Staff engagement is either very nice or totally uninterested. Overall experience to price ratio is poor.

Disappointing & brusque customer service from reception staff. Insisting I had booked a room for 2 nights when I could clearly show them confirmation on my phone was for 1 night only. My daughters family room not made up when they arrived at 9pm at night. Had to ask room service for bedding and towels.

Great Stay. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening, although a little pricey but that’s hotels for you. Room was spotless, WiFi was good but phone signal poor. We didn’t stay with breakfast inc and I think £20 is a bit steep so went next door to Fryers Garden centre and had great breakfast for less than half the price!

Amazing

Amazing stay. Stayed in premier suite. Would definitely recommend our 4th time visiting here, we were the sad the breakfast has now became a buffet breakfast but other than that couldn’t fault it. Had a spa treatment from Sharon and it was amazing, and Jade was so helpful with the products inside the spa when helping me chose what to purchase x thank you
