The room I had originally had an awful smell. The staff was nice enough to switch me to another room. The another room also had the smell but it was manageable. Location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants around.

I had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, with another train station right across the street for easy access to Osaka. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kobe or planning day trips to nearby cities!

This was a great centralized location for our trip to Kobe. Easy to find and walkable from all directions. The hotel itself had many options including public onsen, laundry, and breakfast which was nice. Staff was helpful in storing our luggage on the last day which allowed us to explore more. The room itself was small, and the bathrooms felt like we were on a cruise. Small and cramped, but had what you needed. We didn’t stay very long in our rooms due to the size but it was manageable for the two days we were there. Overall nice experience

This hotel is handy for chinatown and is walking distance to the harbour area and sannomiya station. Motomachi station is about a 3 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes and the bed was comfortable. Even for a Japanese hotel, the room was very cramped for 2 people travelling with carry-on sized suitcases. As for the onsen - if you have tattoos you can only bathe between 11pm and 3am, which I honestly found quite insulting.
