It seems this hotel is pretty new. The Moderate Double room I stayed is compact, but ok for one person. For two it could be too tight with no space for two suitcases. I liked a separate bathtub. Breakfast is pretty good. Will stay again.

New and Mordern hotel
The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly.

Daiwa have got a very good hotel product. Right down to the design of their pyjamas. This hotel is very well placed to access the Port, public transport and the excellent shopping malls. The room layout is good and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t try their food offering so cannot comment. Overall we enjoyed Kobe and the hotel was excellent

This hotel is conveniently location near the station, shopping & dining area. Hotel itself was very clean, bathroom and room were both spacious. I even booked a room with a massage chair. I would book this hotel again if i were ever to come back to Kobe.

Wonderful Hotel. Close to Daimaru & walkway to the station. Taxi can access and drop off safely. Nice area / street. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful and better than other combinations. Will book again next time in Kobe.

Convenient location, room a bit small
Everything was OK but I felt the layout for the Moderate room was strange. You would walk a "narrow' hallway along with bathroom to get to the bedroom. Due to the room layout, the bedroom seemed very small considering it had about 20m2/226sf. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is very convenient for shopping and dining.

Convenient location within short walking distance to train station. Shopping and restaurant streets are just opposite the hotel. Clean rooms with simple furnishing! Overall good hotel to stay.
