Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller.

駅から少し歩くのですが、坂を登り続ける訳ではないので何とかなる範囲です。 駅前には大きなライフがありますので、生活には困りません。 近くにレストランなどがあるのかも知れませんが、あまり目立たず、これといったお店はなかったように思います。裏を返せば閑静な環境です。 朝は始発で出かける予定で、ホテルで食事などを取れなかったのが残念です。 スタッフの方々は親切で、特に困る事はなかったです。 また機会があれば訪れたく思っております！

駅からは5分くらい歩きますが、高速神戸駅から地下街を通ってハーバーランド駅まで行けますし、ハーバーランドや神戸ポートタワーのあるメリケンパークまで歩いて行けました。 スタッフも良く、間違って鍵を閉めてしまった時もすぐ予備鍵を貸してくれました。 開けた後にすぐに返却しました。 日中転んで怪我をした話をしたら、絆創膏もくれて助かりました。 観光する街中からは離れますが、安かったです。スーパーライフがあったり、ホテル下がセブンで便利でした！
