New Yorkでも、北野ホテルは定宿ですが、ブランド力に頼りすぎる傾向があるようです。日本人スタッフのホスピタリティが不足。ホテルスタッフとしても気配りが不足してました。ひょううご旅クーポンの扱い方もホテル側が理解していないようで、近隣の施設の方々が処理してますよ。 ブランド力にあぐらをかかないで！　 フロントのインド系の女性スタッフの気配りはホッとしました。

予約と違う部屋に宿泊して残念だった。

予約の部屋をプレジデンシャルツインで予約していたが（予約のメールも確認済み）実際宿泊した部屋はデラックスツイン（おそらく）だった。 部屋は写真との変わりはなかったが、1番楽しみにしていたお風呂が写真と違って残念。 ホテルに着いて違和感はあったが気がついたのが翌朝だったのでホテル側に伝えなかった。 伝えなかったこちらも悪いとは思うがそんな事がまさか起こるとも思ってなかったので非常に残念で仕方なかった。
