チェックインを担当してくださった年配の男性がとても親切でした。 朝食のレストランの女性も元気があって良い印象でした。 部屋は広くはないですが、1人で1泊するには十分でした。 ベッドのスプリングがいまいちだったのと、エアコンの音が気になった以外は完璧でした。 駅、南京町、商店街は徒歩数分でした。

an amazing location next to China Town with amazing food and the huge shopping mall with lots to see. Walking distance to trains and buses to all major attractions. Free tea and coffee hour in the afternoon was a bonus

This hotel is located right in front of a big department store, and next to Starbucks, the other side is an entrance to Chinatown. The shower is strong and big enough and you can get as much water as you want. The staff are very friendly and helpful with a cool front desk area.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at while in Kobe! The location was very convenient, and the facilities were good. The room was good as well and had a nice view of the city. I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

Everything was better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the shower, as I am not a bath person. Not every staff can speak English but they tried their best to help every time. I enjoyed my stay and it was awesome.
