Great hotel for visiting Kobe!

Great stay here in central Kobe! Loved that it was right next to Chinatown and close to public transit options. Perfectly comfortable room and facilities as well. Staff was very kind and helpful too, would definitely stay again.

Best thing about the hotel is its location, right in heart of Chinatown and close to sights and shopping. Hotel itself offers nice amenities and was a comfortable stay. It’s not that close to JR station so took a taxi to get to/from hotel.

The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend.

We loved how clean and efficient everything is. It has tons of dining and eating options, konbinis, and high end brands and low cost/affordable shopping options. The harbor is Less than 10 min away and the subway and transportation to visit other areas is within walkable distance. I totally recommend it!

This is a typical downtown hotel with a slightly larger-then-typical room and a so-so buffet. It is literally next door to the entrance to Kobe’s Chinatown and within walking distance of Sorakuen, Kobe’s lovely public park, and the waterfront sculpture park. It is also close to the Sannomiya railway station, Kobe’s transportation hub, which can be reached through a covered shopping arcade.
