I was only at the hotel for about eight hours, and expected at least a good breakfast. This was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel. There was no toast, no toaster available. No water, except by request, and even then limited. Nothing at the "buffet" that I would usually have for breakfast. Nothing like cheese for example. There were a few spicy Indian meat dishes, which were obviously chosen because they are of very very minimal cost. There doesn't seem to be much around the hotel, but that is probably to be expected given that it is an airport location. All in all, the hotel is way overpriced for the city and the facilities offered.

Very good hotel, ask for quiet room!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Room was very good and bathroom excellent. Slight issue with location of room which overlooked warehouse with trucks reversing constantly so alarms sounding most of the night. Will stay again but in a quieter room please!

Conveniently located near airport but not sure there is a safe walkable path. Room of good size. Sheets and room clean. However my room was facing a delivery company and vehicle alarms went off multiple times through the night the kept me from sleeping. Ask for the odd number rooms that face the back. Staff was helpful and polite. Bummer that the noise spoilt the experience.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service! The airport is 7 min drive away and the hotel has a shuttle. There is an iconic restaurant right next door too though the food in the hotel is excellent.

Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. There is an airport shuttle service for guests to and from the airport which is great. Food options were great, I would stay here again. The only thing that let the hotel down was that the swimming pool area doesn’t really get much sunlight it’s blocked by an overhead canopy.

The staff were all top notch, professional,and very friendly. The buffets were delicious and had a varied menu to choose from. The food was kept warm in Creuset pans which is much appreciated and necessary for buffets. The location is 10 mins from Kochi airport so very convenient after a long journey. The shuttle picked us up 10 mins after arriving outside of the airport. We only stayed one night on our way to Munnar. The hotel referred me to a driver who we booked for 4 days to Munnar and Thakadey. This was arranged in advance of our arrival to the hotel from the USA. Highly recommend the location as a 1-2 night restful stay en route to other places.

We had dinner at the associated restuarant which was say the least belqo average. The breafast at the hotel was not up to the mark. Some dishes were not replanished on time. Not suitable to cater an internatinal crowd, make be ok for locals .
