Convenient location and very good breakfast. Downside: Room was not ready upon check in. We had to wait Our second day we returned to the hotel at 3:45 pm to find the room door wide open and the room in disarray with no housekeeping personnel to be found. The next day our room was not cleaned and I asked for fresh towels. The female manager then accused me pointing her finger at me loudly saying "Untrue. untrue" to me. Where did that come from? This was a disappointing stay with unneeded stress from a poorly managed staff concerning these incidents.

Die Unterkunft war leider umgeben von Baustellen, was am Wochenende nicht tragisch war, aber an Werktagen sicher viel Lärm mit sich bringt. Außerdem, war es etwas beschwerlich zum Hotelgelände zu gelangen, besonders zu Fuß. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit schönem Zimmer und ausgewogenen Frühstück. Das Personal war stets freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles in allem war es ok bis gut. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach gehalten aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Es gab die üblichen Aufschnitte inkl. Lachs, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli und aufgebackene Brötchen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es fehlte lediglich an ausreichend Möglichkeiten die nassen Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Park mit einem See und Tretbecken erreichbar. Bus-/Tramstation sind unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel, so dass man öffentlich gut angebunden ist
