Very spacious, clean room with a Mt Fuji view. Helpful staff. Rooftop viewing platform of Mt Fuji is a huge plus. Great location close to the Kawaguchiko lake hiking trail.

Amazing property and amazing staff. We will return in the future. Great location too. The shuttle service is fantastic. Staff are so kind and helpful. The owner lady is also very kind. You can tell she treats her guests and staff like family.

Great location close to convenience stores ,restaurants and a key bus stops to get you anywhere around the area you want to go. Great rooftop area with an unobstructed view of mt.Fugi. Bike rental and laundry on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Convenient location, only a short walk from the station. We specially enjoyed sleeping on futons in the family room. The breakfast is simple but generous. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom with separate shower, ofuro and toilet was a plus.

We had a wonderful time at HaoStay. The space was ample in the Watermelon house, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is a walk from the train station but you can get picked up and dropped off. We enjoyed not being right by the train station. Staff were very friendly.

Great location and excellent view of Mount Fuji from the balcony and from our room! Room was minimalist but very confortable and perfect for slowing down the pace. Japanese set breakfast was simply delicious (as well as the sandwiches by the way!). Staff were really helpful and polite! Free shuttle to the main tourist area in Fujigawaguchiko. Laundry area great but drying our clothes took forever. Too bad no onsen. Overall, would definitely recommend it! Next time, we’ll try booking one of the « watermelon » accommodation!
