Hi it says online that it petfriendly but the staff i saw at checkout was not aware. The lady looked terrified and asked in disbelief whether i had checked in with the dog. Which I had and the lady that helped me at night had been very friendly. The day time staff however made it very clear i was not supposed to have a pet with me. The pet dog was not welcome. We I travelled all the way from the Caribbean so i made sure to research the property online. I calmly explained that it was listed as such online. My dog is small and very well behaved so it might have been the lady at the front desk the night before had not noticed the dog but i had her out on a short leash as we were leaving. Anyway the room was great. Breakfast amazing good for the price. So its a nice hotel. Just think twice before going with your pet.

Good location, very clean rooms, and and amazing staff.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very well run with great staff. Facilities were first rate. Best Hotel Gym I have seen. Good Buffet restaurant. Just 2 blocks from the train and bus stations and an awesome 8 floor mall with great eats and an excellent market. Easy and not expensive to get a taxi for anywhere you want to go.
