The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was great to have the kitchenette, although I only used the kettle. The shower was powerful and always hot water. I especially liked the little touches that really made a difference - washing up liquid, phone charger, tea and coffee and even oil, salt and pepper! My only negative would be the noise from the road but a good pair of earplugs sorted that out. I would definitely recommend staying with Bob and will look at staying in other locations in the future.

Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Clean, affordable, close to ferry terminal and bus stop. Terrible TV reception at night. Bathroom floor flooded after 5- minute shower--drain is a tad slow. Would stay there again in the right circumstances

Clean cosy home at the border of old town minutes away from sights and eateries. Apartment was spacious and comfortable, good hot water. Check in was an online formality breeze.

Upgraded to great ocean view overlooking the cruise port. Wonderful!

When choosing between the telegraaf and the Schlossle we vote the Schlossle. The staff were very unhelpful at the telegraaf and the rooms were very mediocre – carpeting, tired, and old and Ruth were smaller.
