Koh Tonsay Vacation Packages

great location, peaceful, quiet and beautiful! has sea and mountain views. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room had no phones, broken blinds, no hot water heating kettle and a leaking fridge, was not cleaned inside. Balcony was not cleaned. We had to check out early, just one day: due to flood warnings and coastal high waves. But the hotel refused to refund the money. very bad. Hotels .com does not help either. Has good parking and good view, great location.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Great location. Reasonable price and very friendly staff!

The Lotte New York Palace is a surprise in the center of Manhattan. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and the service is warm and genuine. The rooms are larger than we often see in other Manhattan hotels.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room had a great beach view and great location with many walkable bars and restaurants. We loved the friendly staff and free welcome drinks! The only drawbacks were no on site pool and no hot water to shower in the morning. We had to take fast cold showers and probably won’t be back because of it.

The room is nice, but the bed sheet was dirty, with a few pieces of hair on it and some make-up residuals. I called the front desk to request a change of bed sheet, the front desk said there is no housekeeping services at that time so I'd have to change my own sheet... The front desk did not even apologize for the dirty sheet, and she was just standing by the door watching me taking off the dirty sheet. The garage parking card also DID NOT WORK. It worked for the first time when I entered the garage, but then it shows status invalid when I tried to drive out. I had to ask for help using the kiosk and have them check my pass number. Later I asked for a new pass and it still did not work, so I was stuck at the kiosk for ten minutes waiting for them to validate stuff. Staffs were friendly, but there were some problems that need to be solved.
