Room was dirty. Second room was dirty. Outside doors were not secured or locked. No interior lock on the room door. I did not end up staying. I requested a refund and have not heard back from the hotel at this time.

Room was clean, tidy and newly remodeled. AC/Heat unit was new, as was the mini-fridge and microwave. Was missing a coffee maker and there wasn’t a coat rack to hang clothes but this could have been due to the room being newly remodeled. Definitely worth the price and I would stay here again.

The heater in the room stopped working in the middle of the jight while i was sleeping so when i woke up it was blowing cold air when the outaide temp was already freezing

Overwhelming chemical air freshener everywhere. Room had no heat on when we arrived so it was about 50 degrees. One bed had some unpleasant stain on the top spread, other bed had a dry crusty goober on the sheet and a dark short curly hair. I kept my clothes on to sleep. Not even a paper cup to rinse my mouth. Mattress like that of a fold out sofa, thin with prominent springs. Slept ok because I was very tired. Glad I only paid about $55.

Room was freezing cold with the heater turned off and took until morning to make it bearable. Laminate floor in room was dirty. Not a single chair or desk to sit at. Only a bed and dresser. Was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No spare. Only given two ratty old towels for shower and one wash rag. No hand towel. No hooks to hang towel on for shower. Hallways wreaked of weed from people smoking in their rooms. Only positive is staff was friendly and someone renovated but didn’t bother to change broken doors and windows with gaps and leaks. Peep hole in door was not functional. Tv remote did not work and was dirty and it stunk. Water in shower would not get hotter than luke warm. Place would be ok if you’re broke and need a super cheap place to stay or something.

Overall the stay was great. I Think that the housekeeping needs to pay more attention to cleaning. Haven't had any problems before with cleanliness.This time , one of the beds for sure has not been changed, the hallway down in front of our door hasn't been vacuumed for I don't know how long. Everything else was excellent.The gentleman at the front desk absolutely outstanding , very polite.
