Find another place in Kokomo

They had one tree by handicap parking that was dead that hung low and I kept hitting my head. Another tree was alive but hung so low i had to bend down to use the ramp. They were supposed to empty garbage and give me more towels on Saturday morning. The clean walked in and confirmed it. They did neither. I’d never stay there again. And the pool was closed in summer.

We arrived late and front desk couldn't find our reservation. We provided itinery number and still couldn't find us. Front desk called her manager twice and no answer. Finally manager called back and we were provided a room. A feminine product was in toilet and it was really bloody and had a horrible smell. After flushing several times there was a bad stain. We notified front desk at checkout. Everyone was pleasant. Room was otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here for 5 days in a room with a kitchen so I could make most of our meals. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen had most of everything that I needed to cook with but I did have to go to target (5 minutes away) and get some knives and a pasta strainer. There’s a pretty stream around the back and our room had a beautiful view of grass and forest. It was peaceful and quiet. Lots of fireflies in the evening. The exercise room was functional and good. The laundry room worked well to do a load of laundry. The pool is closed and it looks like it needs a lot of repair. We weren’t planning on swimming so that didn’t bother us. Within five minutes of quite a few restaurants and stores - Target, Aldi, chipotle. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The coffee was good at breakfast. We got good maid service. Front desk clerk was very courteous. It was not pleasant being woken up at 5:30 in the morning with the alarm warning going off & then the elevators quit so we had to climb 4 flights of steps until it was fixed.

This was our second stay here! We had a child with us so the suite was big enough to accommodate all of us. Only down side was that the pool was closed for maintenance, and the beds are not that comfortable. But the breakfast was great, and the hotel overall was quiet. Will probably come back again?

A little tired.

We have stayed here several times over the years, as it is the best option over all the other hotels in Kokomo. However, it is beginning to show some wear. The pool was closed, and the entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and the hotel itself is hidden from view from the road.
