Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good location but my room was so dirty, I bought cleaning products for bathroom. There were cockroaches. Breakfast was not provided as promised on my booking. I could see into the staff area and it was very untidy/dirty. I found staff were hard to communicate with. The doorman/security was nice/helpful.
