Free items like comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel for you to take at the front desk. Luggage forwarding is an option to send suitcase to next hotel for a fee. The coin laundry on 14th floor and you can monitor the progress of each machine to know when each machine is free to use or when yours is done as well

We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.
