The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean and nice but the toilet seat looks quite old with some discolouration but not unclean. Breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious with a nice and thoughtful selection of food items. Great private parking spaces. The AC was very good and kept us cool in the August heat but made a ticking sound every 20 or so seconds but wasn’t a major issue as we were tired enough to fall asleep easily. We let the reception know during check out and they said they will have someone check this. The TV was good and easy access to YouTube. Great location to drive to the old town in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend!

Excellent location. Even better the staff! Super friendly and helpful. If I go back to Mostar, will not even check another place for stay. I already know where I will be at.

Great location, big room and air conditioning works great

Our room had a weird smell to it, closet handle fell off during our stay, and was upset with how fast they took breakfast away one of our days. Breakfast is from 7am-11am and one day they started cleaning up breakfast before 10:30am. There is no elevator and so we are glad we only had to carry all of our belongings up two stories and not further.
