A very basic room, no features that you would expect a hotel to have. Room with a bed is the best you can expect. Beware that reception closes early and checking in can be a challenge on a self service terminal.

I think the best staff is experience since a long time! We had a small pet dog; she was welcomed and given a dog-welcome pack at the reception, super friendly staff also at the breakfast room. The property is a bit “old”/outdated but the staff friendliness and helpfulness more than compensated for that.
