Pros: It was cheap for a true two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, it's reasonably clean, stairs and elevators are all marble and polished stainless steel, there is an outdoor pool in the yard. Staff was welcoming. Cons: Apartments need renovation. Walls look like they have been painted 30 years ago (I suspect, the building is not that old), each bedroom has only one power outlet, refusing to work half of the time, washing machine missing "Start" button completely, so it's unusable, it takes forever to boil water whatever you use a stove or an electric kettle. Well, say, 15 and 25 minutes respectively. I'm not kidding! Also, the building is less than 50 m away from the ring road, so it's noisy there as soon as you open a window.
