Easy check in and lovely little apartment. Was great for a few days stay

Only if i knew that the family 2 bedroom apartment is a basement dungeon with bedrooms having no windows underground. Yes!! The bedrooms ARE in the freaking basement. One bedroom has a tiny window and you can see people walking on the street, you cant see people actually, only their legs. . Second bedroom had NO windows at all! It was slightly bigger than my walk-in closet at home. So claustrophobic people be aware of this bedroom situation . No where in the description i could read about this!! So we checked in and left 2 hours later. Thankfully Expedia rebooked us to a different hotel and literally saved my vacation as Bob W was absolutely useless. Never again.

Hotel room very comfortable. Spa facilities and bar beside it very relaxing. Food and restaurant very good.

I checked in at 6 pm. I had a dinner followed byvtea I made in the c room using the kettle. While I was watching television the power went b ofc at 9 pm and nothing worked. Commuincated by whatsapp to bob w but they did not send anyone to fix the c power failure. I left at 10 am unable to cook my breakfast or charge my phone. Do not stay here.

Really lovelt hotel. The reception staff were excellent and so helpful. The location couldnt have been better..So handy to the old town and so many restaurants and bars nearby. An abundance of cafes as well so covers all tastes. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would def recommend here

Great location. Walking distance to the Old Town. The hotel has breakfast buffet included so that is a plus. The triple room is big enough. All in all, I have no complaints and I highly recommend it to other travelers.

Wonderful hotel in every way !!! Great location, kind and helpful staff, beautiful clean room! Shout out to Alex, who was so helpful! Whoever hires, the staff in this hotel should be applauded. They were so kind and professional.
