If you are seeking a relaxing environment, this is the place to be. Awesome beach and pools. Great dining, clean and very friendly staff. Welcoming the minute you arrive. Lots to do for the whole family. A couple of things they could improve upon, some rooms require proper maintenance and cleaning staff need to pay attention room cleaning and replacement of amenities.

The Warwick was beautiful. It's a big venue with 5 restaurants and two pools. We spent time kayaking, swimming, snorkelling and learning to dive. The staff were attentive and the place was immaculate. It would be good to have more vegetarian meal options. Otherwise, great. Perfect for young families.

Hotel room service did not include fries or snacks on its own. They had restrictions of buying side meals with main meal only What if someone is not hungry or has a kid that wants fries only. Why should someone pay for food they don’t want to eat Plus their food menu didn’t had much options on an affordable price to purchase, room service didn’t provide for liquid milk for tea/coffee which is basic amenities that should be provided. I had to pay $10 for a packet of milk that costs $3 jn the supermarket

Enjoyed our stay busy hotel with a lot of amenities. Kids loved the kids club and allowed for adult relax time. Snorkeling off the beach was great and so easy to see the sea delights. Sunsets were magical from here. The family pool appeared green and not very appealing to swim in. Enjoyed our time here.

May be we just got unlucky. I was choosing hotel based on reviews and they all were above average but we had a different experience. Negatives: 1. Unfortunately during our stay water in the pool was brownish green colour. We’ve been told something is being repaired. We swam in the sea. 2. I tried to spend as little time inside the room as possible because it had the storng mold smell. 3. Also we learnt about the queen single bed so for two adult above 1,7 meter height it is a bit small. 4. Fruits for breakfast weren’t fresh, no vegetables 5. Every meal was a struggle (either waiting for more than and hour for the order or something wrong was prepared) Not much can be done as you are stuck with hotel restaurants. Positives: Nature outside is beautiful, outdoor kayaking and paddle boarding is great. Sunsets are mesmerising. Kids club is well equiped. Gym is functioning and clean.

We loved the staff and service provided the only downfall is the food options. We would prefer more Fijian styled food instead of Mexican night etc. Taxi’s are very expensive to get to town, it feels like the resort wants to keep you inside the resort and just spend money there. Food was abit expensive there would love to go places without paying an arm and leg such as different beaches and the bbq foods around the area. Tourist activities were also very expensive.
