This was such a bad experience. They had a new year countdown and they were practicing for it on 30th December and 29th December even. The 30th one had the windows vibrating and the lights reached the room. I was terribly sick and I could not catch any rest. When asked; they said it was a last minute event and that they are not responsible for a state event. I then asked for a room change, but they said I may need to top up, as the rooms above are suite? Then they proceeded to relocate me when I asked them for some effort, and they placed me nearer to the stage. This is absurd. This is clearly an indication for lack of integrity. There was no indication of such an event. I booked my tickets the week before coming here, thus I am sure the event will have been announced by then. This is unacceptable and very annoying.
Also mini trigger factors will be the different toothpastes in both rooms, the new room has Colgate. The water heater was working better in this floor. There are different standards for different floors? I don’t even get this. Don’t book this place. It’s really a scam.
Then the roads were closed for the event and even that was not indicated. Only one doorman came to my rescue but could not help much. Thus, I ended up draaging my luggage and walking to the mall that was 15 minutes away, in the hot sun. See; this may not be a very difficult task but my point here is the need to INFORM these details so that a customer can be well prepared. HUGE LACK OF INTEGRITY.
