The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff made a sincere effort to accommodate us. However, we did encounter several challenges during our stay. The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear other guests in their rooms until late at night. Additionally, there is a bar directly below the hotel that plays loud music and stays busy until 2 a.m. Even after we were moved from the 6th floor to the 14th floor following our complaint, the noise was still noticeable. The beds are quite firm, which might take some getting used to, especially if you're accustomed to softer mattresses. Lastly, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, resembling the noise of an aircraft taking off. This left us with the choice of either enduring the heat or having a noisy aircon running throughout the night. The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff made a sincere effort to accommodate us. However, we did encounter several challenges during our stay. The room was a little small, but not a deal breaker. The mattress and pillows were a little too firm. Bathroom was clean but the sliding door can be a little finicky and would often open. The hotel is in TST and is in a walkable area with a lot of dining options.

For the price range- i find this hotel bigger than Japan Hotel. Room was well maintained, daily cleaning with free 2 cans water. Located in TST-in very desirable area- near metro station, tourist attraction, shopping area and lots and lots of dining around. Bed brings the score down. It is not comfortable at all. My back ached my whole stay. If only bed was softer- this would be 5 stars for me.

Room was perfectly large enough for a solo 5'10 individual. Wouldnt want to be 6' with the bed being shorter than normal. Good location, near shops and easy access from airport via bus. Excellent value for money is all you need is a clean quiet room to sleep.

Cigarette smell!
I recently stayed at this hotel for its convenient location near Tsim Sha Tsui. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by a strong cigarette smell in the room, likely from the vents, which gave me severe headaches. The front desk's only solution was offering a can of heavy disinfectant/air freshener spray. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice little hotel in city centre
Great location, easy to get the bus to the airport and the metro isnt far. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby. You are right by the harbour. Room is small but bed is comfy, good shower. Very bright room with big window. Ideal for a city break!
