Everything is perfect jn this hotel. Location shopping n dining. The money you pay for this hotel is perfect. Small but that’s how it is in HK. Hotel is clean n staff is friendly. We were able to check our luggage n travel to other China cities n came back stay again at this location. Love it n thank you.

Very reasonable pricing. Convenient to West Kowloon High Speed Rail, Jordan and Austin MTR. Wellcome supermarket and Cafe de Coral just across the road. Nathan Road is just around the corner. Lots of cheap eateries around. Room was very clean, and tea and coffee sachets topped up daily.. Bar fridge worked very well. Air con worked very well. We'd have no problems staying there again.

Room: the room itself was just okay. The curtains were really difficult to open and the carpet was not clean. After we did room cleaning service, one of our pillows had a large coffee stain on it. Our room didn’t have an ironing board or an iron, even though our friends had one. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Staff: the front desk people were not very friendly or helpful. The cleaning staff were great. Give them a raise. Location: location was awesome. The hotel is in the middle of a busy hub so very easy to get around via bus or MTR or taxi. Lots of things to do and see and eat. Amenities: there isn’t much to do at the hotel. They have a lounge/dining area, but you can’t just sit there and hang out with your friends. You have to buy something in order to sit. The laundry is accessible via tokens, but the dryer leaves your clothes still very damp. Overall experience: If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s convenient, this is the best. If you’re looking to have a comfortable stay, I would not recommend.

We had to change from the first room we got because it smelled like someone had just smoked in it. The second one was fine. Staff wasn’t too welcoming but they got the job done. Location was great and exactly what we needed for walking around Kowloon for a couple of days.

A fair stay that was made miserable by rude people in the front desk. Basic hospitality in the hospitality industry couldn't be observed. Lobby has no comfort room, you have to go to the UG for the comfort room. Couches weren't enough with the flux of guests they have. Jeremy the old guy in the lobby seemed like he hated his job and consistently took it out on us. We were in a non-smoking floor yet the whole floor reeked of cigarette smell. We were near a group of guys who for a room of 2 seemed like they were having a party. Guy in glasses at the front desk also didn't seem like he liked his job as well. You have to pay for your toothbrush, no water allocation. Room cleaning ladies were nice tho. Other than that, I just hope they improve their hospitality attitude because we got zero hospitality from the front desk at all. Rude staff.
