The property is in a good location, close to everything, this is the best point to attract me to go back to the same hotel next time. The shower head was leaking from the hose and we told the front desk but it wasn’t fixed until we checked out. The front desk reception lady was not very polite and impatient when I called to let her know our shower gel is running out, she ask me to call the house keeping office for that, and thank god they came to give us a new bottle.

We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it.

This hotel is in a perfect location for food , shopping and MTR stations . Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are so many places to eat nearby. There’s night market at Temple street 10 mins walk . We bought all kinds of fruits at the market place nearby too. We were able to buy bus tickets for a sightseeing bus to Macau .

Spacious Room, Terrible Sound Proofing

While the room was spacious, the sound proofing was terrible especially between the hall and the front door. The room next to me had kids that were loud and the mother could be heard in my room when she was shouting. There was no clear sign about quiet hours. I had notified the front desk and spoke to the manager and they were quick to talk to the room next door. However, they continued to be loud and the front desk couldn't do anything or offer another room. Prior to this, I had requested to stay on the same floor as the rest of my group but they said they were all booked up on a Thursday. This loud noises were consistent throughout all three nights and while I appreciated the big room, I won't be staying there as I was losing sleep and was woken up by 6am by the noise.

Overall, it is a very good and decent 4-star hotel to stay. Excellent location with all the conveniences. The only setback is that the hotel does not provide drinking water, except getting the paid bottles from vending machine.

Location of hotel is in the heart of city. There are many options of transportation available especially from and to the airport. There are many eateries in walking distance. This is my second stay in 3 months. This will be my top choice whenever I visit Hong Kong.
