My second stay in four months. Property may be a little tired, but the staff more than made up for it. Alex at the Concierge was most cheerful, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - close to loads of restaurants, and close to subway and buses, easy access to airport. Close enough to airport, taxi fare pretty reasonable. Will stay again.

The property met our needs. One thing we didn't realise was that the AC was adjustable. I don't know how we missed that. Overall was great. Hot water and good Air con with a nice view. Front desk staff happy to help with all requests.

This is an old hotel. The standard room is fairly small (especially the toilet). It is clean but most of the fixtures are fairly old. No renovation is done. But their executive floor room is good with updated design which is newly renovated.
