The service is great, room is clean. There is a nice vip room for customers meeting and talking. 700 meter away from the ocean bank. There are many nice restaurants and historic point around the hotel.

It was smooth sailing checkin n checkout. Very Good Location. The Asst Manager allowed for late checkout to 1pm, when i requested.. Room was good size, bathroom good too. Amneties have been reduced ever since Covid, But Suggest 1. Atleast provide 2 water bottles for drinking. Although cost is less than 1 Usd, & just a stones throwaway, It is inconvenient due to jetlag. 2. Also Give good strong tea Maybe Tata, Tetley , Lipton or Twinnings black tea. Coffee was very good. Above points will make the hotel EXCELLENT from v. Good, I Feel

I never leave reviews but this one i have to. This the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Even Saliva on the curtains. Room smells of toxic chemicals, left hotel after a few hours and they offered no refund and slammed the phone down on me, rude. Just a terrible experience. Never book this hotel, it needs to be closed down due to health and safety and security issues.
