Doesn’t feels like 4 star hotel within 3 nights stay they only change the towels. Very noisy sound proof system is poor I can hear every word from next door and hallway. No water, no coffee, no face towel, no soap, etc… The only thing I like is the location! I can get better for paying that price.

Good value with some compromises
Convenient location. Bathroom was very dark in the vanity corner. Bathroom door couldn't be closed because it wasn't straight. No hand towels, no hand soap, and no drinking water. Had to boil tap water or buy bottled water. Combined washer and dryer units in the basement didn't allow control of temperature for drying (it was very high). The price was lower than other hotels in the area, so it's still a good choice if you want the location and don't want to pay more.

It is an ok hotel if not too picky. Convenient location but the carpet on the hallway needs cleaning. Receptionists are helpful but suggests at least a sitting area in the lobby for waiting for taxi etc.
