Excellent location, just moments from shops and the train station. The staff provided outstanding service and even offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated given our late flight. I also loved that we could enjoy the hotel amenities after check-out. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away. At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again.

I stay for 8 days at Cordis, Great internet connection fast no froze, room was comfortable and clean, checking in and out staff were efficient. Special thanks to Rita Chan for excellent service, professionalism making my stay at ease. Central to shopping, eating and walking distance to all transportations. This property is connected to a large shopping complex with food courts and supermarkets. Really convenient! Nice size rooms, opulent hallways and elegant dining rooms on the 6th floor for the formal dining.

Staff was great. Location is good. The room was dated though. We paid for an upgraded bigger higher floor room but still ended up on 26th floor with a tiny room. I feel that they didn’t provide us with the upgraded room. I think this hotel is good but there are better options out there for this price point.
