Hotel is clean and well maintained. The lobby decor is unique and impressive. The staffs are professional. One minus was the lack of in-house laundry facilities. It is within walking distance to subway and shopping centres. There are plenty of local markets and eateries nearby.

Room is clean and cleaning staff are good and well trained. Reception staff are professional. However, doorman should wear uniform or name badges to identify themselves. They are only in causal clothing.
