Though may not be on Hong Kong Island or very close to any major tourists spots or train stations, the hotel is located in a good area, offers great services (including a shuttle bus), and the staff are fantastic! I have already stayed several times and always enjoy it!

The hotel let our young family of 5 stay in the family room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a little tight on space however the bathroom was huge!

Comfortable one-night stay for 4 people in a Family Quadruple Room. Staff were helpful on check-in and offered to organise a minibus back to the airport the next day. Room was small as expected but clean and modern with great views, comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom - perfect for a one-night stay.

The Elemis shower products were welcomed but the other amenities that had been included in the room on our previous stays were unfortunately no longer offered, unless paid extra for. The room was clean and bright and the air con a welcome respite from the searing heat outside. The staff were helpful and polite. There is only a short walk to the nearest MTR (Olympic) and plenty of convenience stores close by.

Staff friendly, good location (altough not close to MTR, they offer a shuttle service for free) Humidity and carpet are not the best possible combination, so the smell in the hallways and bedroom is not the most pleasant. Room small, but comfortable.

well worth the money, good location
it was worth the extra money to get the premier suite; the view of the city skyline and neighboring apartment complexes is stunning. it was comfortable yet understandably compact. clean drinking water and there was a water bottle and purified water station 2 floors down. Taxis out front all the time and only 25 minutes to the airport. we loved it!

This was my first trip to Hong Kong, the Dorset hotel made it very enjoyable, walking distance from the MTR ( public transportation ), walking distance from the mall ! Right across the street from much shopping and restaurants ! I would stay there again !!

The hotel provided excellent service overall. The establishment was exceptionally clean and conveniently situated. I was pleased with the variety of dining options in the vicinity. The proximity to Mong Kok was also advantageous. I extended my stay on multiple occasions. Eddy, Kevin, and Yan at the reception desk facilitated the process efficiently.
