Great location and close to designer shops/MRT/Star Ferry. Hotel a little tired and probably needs some refurbishment. However, the staff are 5 star, friendly and so efficient that they can't do enough for you. Well worth taking the club option as the food offering is excellent both, breakfast, lunch and evening. Angela and all her staff especially Maeve and Andrew were welcoming and couldnt do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Lok - Head Concierge and his staff for arranging our transfers from/to Hong Kong Airport and recommendations of places to visit - Macau and the fireworks evening on our last night of our stay. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Hong Kong as you will receive a very warm welcome and recognition from all the Hotel staff who go above and beyond. We will be back to Marco Polo next trip for sure!

The location of the hotel was ideal and the overall public facility was fine (not great). However, the guest rooms have moldy smell that was not removed even with the air purifier. Hotel tried to move our family (multiple rooms) to other rooms but they were all the same regarding the moldy smell. This is a health issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel.

The stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located. We departed a cruise ship and were able to walk with our luggage. The staff was readily available and answered any questions we had. They brought ice to our room immediately upon request! The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were spacious and very clean! It was a great stay!

Great location & great view of harbor since we got a room with harbor view. Room was ok, a bit dark & dated. We booked a king bed room but was given a room with a double bed. The bed was certainly too small for our liking but hotel says they have no more non- smoking room with a king bed!
