Pleasant stay, convienant location for public transit, with many stores and a shopping mall next to the hotel making it one of the best location to stay in Hong Kong.

Transportation was the best. Hotel lobby attached to shopping complex and subway train with bus/minibus/taxi station. 10mins walk to city - Mong Kok area. Beautiful city view family room, Swimming pool at 8th floor with sauna/steam, gym. Reasonable price. Defo recommend to my friends and family.

I like the property being next to a mall and restaurants. But my room smelled like a moth ball. Housekeeping provided a humidifier or air purifier to help but everytime i walk in, it still smelled.

I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team.
