The last time I stayed here was close to 9 years ago and the hotel facilities and people culture have only gotten better over the course of time. I am very pleased with how the hotel manages to upkeep everything to ensure patrons will have an enjoyable stay. Staff service was great and helpful.

Very nice hotel and with it attached to a shopping mall and MRT is a bonus. We enjoyed the large. comfortable and spacious room. Our room had a nice view as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall impression is good. Staff were polite. Location is excellent, convenient for shopping and closed to MTR. However there was some smell in the bathroom. Don't know if the smell came out from the drainage or not. It would be nice if better ventilation or stronger air conditioning in the bathroom. We have a family of 4, but only 2 glasses provided in the bathroom.
