I recently stayed at Sheraton and had a very disappointing experience regarding their handling of guest safety and support. During my stay, I fell in the parking lot, which was poorly lit and had a raised pathway that was difficult to see. A couple personnel checked with me while I fell in the parking lot and provided an ice pack. Howver, after the incident, I requested three ice packs for my injury, but the hotel failed to provide them and provided one only. Even more concerning, no staff followed up on my condition afterward to check if I was okay or needed further assistance. When I brought up these issues at checkout, I was simply told that they would "improve in the future"—but that does nothing to help me or address the lack of care I experienced. I expected better support from a hotel, especially when it comes to guest safety.
