Excellent Hotel for Short Business Trips. I am a frequent visitor to this Hotel and have been treated very well by the Staff. I was accommodated earlier and reasonably charged (extra) for my Room due to a 10:00Am Check-In … Had a Good Rest after an overnight flight. Hotel at a Steep Height : recommended NOT TO carry heavy luggage by walk.

Clean and safe hotel. Good location beside a shopping mall and about 10-15mins walk to nearest mtr. Many places to eat around the hotel. Provided eco-friendly toiletries which was very helpful. Although staff forgot to top up the coffee and tea in the hotel room on 1 of the day.

Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet in few areas around the room. Shower stall was quite dirty and smelly. Otherwise was good. Hotel is in a great area with many food and drink options. Convenience stores, restaurants, bars, malls are all around the corner. TST MTR is about 10 min walk away. The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people.
