A great location for this hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Metro subway station, and maybe 10 minutes walk to harbour. The hotel is older, but rooms are large and with all amenities. Located in a clean, safe, area with lots of stores and restaurants to suit your requirements. Would definitely stay here again

The property is old. Carpet was sticky in places, moldy tap knobs and clogged bath tub. They don't include outlets near the bed so if you need to charge your devices by your bed, you will need a really long cable. If you are those who needs a CPAP, you won't be able to use one unless you have a really long cable.

The Hotel didn't offer any laundry or dry cleaning services. The closet laundry cleaner was 2 blocks away and they only washed and dried the clothes. Didn't iron them. Real waste of time and money for that. Also when I made the reservation I wasn't told the bar and part of the restaurant were closed for remodeling. There was a wine store in the hotel. I was there for 8 days and the store was never open. I asked one of the staff at the front desk why and they didn't know why. Not a place I will stay again.
