Bad experience as maintenance for electricity was scheduled to be carried out in the morning 3am and this caused disturbances for our sleep as lights are turned on & off in the room. This is very unplanned and inconsiderate for guests . Stay for 5 nights and got a disturbed night

There was no place to unpack our luggage, no benches, no drawers or shelves. There was mold on the caulking in the bathroom. In the lobby, there was no place to sit down and relax unless you purchase something from the coffee shop - very unprofessional. The beds were very comfortable, the shower and the bathtub were fine.

Excellent location but old and rundown small rooms. We found a cockroach in our room. Generally employees are cold, un expressive and cleaning ladies don’t speak english (most of them).

Great stay at great location.
Excellent location. Classic hotel with wall attached hairdryer.since it’s a classic hotel don’t expect very fresh interior but in general everything is clean and neat. Staffs are friendly.

Location is excellent. With the MTR right underneath the property, and numerous restaurants and shopping places around within walking distance. They only thing is the room size is a little bit small, but it’s OK because You will be out most of the time. Also, there is no gym and swimming pool facilities otherwise it’s excellent.

The hotel is ok, very well located, check in was very good and friendly, room was very small and with no view, breakfast was fine. I might consider coming back depending on price. Should consider to update the corridors at least the carpets
