inadequate aircon at night. Bed bug bites or mosquito bite. So many air purifiers ( covid guard ) put in the corridor and even inside the room make me feel worrying . And hair dryer electricity leak ( quite unsafe).

We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel. The bed however was extremely comfy and the shower one of the most powerful I've ever experienced. The staff were really courteous and friendly. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was lovely and the saunas in the changing room, very welcome after a long walk up the peak. Breakfast was a Western/typical Hong Kong medley and in our opinion, over-priced. Enjoyed that the bath had doors through to the room - though these were a little creaky. Right in the centre of the shopping district and a quick walk to the Star Ferry.

Perfection in a hotel

The Langham was a beautiful hotel located in a very good section of Kowloon. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We especially liked the workout area and pool on the top floors. There was a heated beautiful pool plus a hot tub. The workout area was nearby and had good machines and even a stretching area where I put a mat down. The guest bedroom we had was spacious and very clean with a lovely bathroom.

Lights were not working in bathroom - had to use mobile phone at night to go to the toilet mini bar fridge was broken - not cold no early check in - and when we returned at 3pm to grab room keys they told us to line back up again even though we had already paid - not really 5 star service
