Hotel decor different from most modern hotels. If you like it, it’s ok ; otherwise you would feel it’s dated. Room size is good especially in Tsimshatsui area. Staff is helpful n courteous! I may stay there again next time I visit Hong Kong if the rates is still good compared to other hotels in or around the area!

Great location (except when trying to sleep)
Good location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, in walking distance of mass transit, the waterfront & many eateries. Staff were efficient & helpful. However my room unfortunately faced some late night bar/restaurants & the noise did make sleeping difficult (even with earplugs). Room was also unusually cold even after turning off the air conditioning.

The highlight of the property was the service. Front desk staff and housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Everyone was very kind. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. Hotel was very walkable and subway access was very easy. Good food options nearby. Very busy part of town but hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the water dispensing fountain. Would stay here again for the service and location.

Our room is cramped which is unsurprising considering the city we were in. It is surrounded by shopping mall, eateries and stores. Breakfast was not included. Bed was comfortable.

The room is too dark. You can not open the curtain because the next building is 30ft away. The lobby is too small and dark. No place for you to meet friend. The room and bathroom are clean. There is no small towel for face cleaning.

I think I found the hotel that I will go back to when in HK. Love almost everything here, location and room. However, the air con compressor is a little noisy in the night.

Property was very central & an easy base to start your day from. Only negative was the $1,000 holding deposit per room, which could take up to a fortnight to refund, unless you paid in cash.

Excellent location, really good choice of hotel in a city with so many to choose from. Obviously busy but no noise heard in the room. Friendly reception. Close by to transport links. But get a taxi from the airport if with luggage.
