The Royal Garden is fabulous, we received a complementary upgrade on our arrival and had a huge room with a bath tub with a view of Victoria Peak when in the tub! Staff were attentive and friendly. It was a lovely place to stay

Luxury with a welcome home feeling! Michael at front desk made sure we had the perfect room we wanted. Dinner at the Chinese Garden was exotic and scrumptious 😋, bed so comfy, linens top quality. Becky greeted us with the best morning 😁, explained the items on the buffet and gave us the table we requested!

Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Reception staff are slow. Pool staff are rude and a con. Hotel charges overpriced food at the pool and then not allow you to take “outside” food to the pool area…
