Nice hotel based in a very busy shopping area. Rooms are on the small side, but the communal areas are very nice. Staff all helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as you would expect.

Front desk, bell staff, restaurant staff are always outstanding. I was upgraded to a top floor water view room which made my stay very enjoyable. I travel to Kowloon 4 times a year and always choose this property.

Great hotel with a nice view

This hotel is nothing but amazing, this is the first time we stayed with Royal Pacific Hotel HK, all ai can say is, they have gain another happy customer. Location is really good, 10min walk from West Kowloon High Speed Train Terminal and Austin MTR station, 20min walk from Kowloon station with the Airport Express. On the other side, you have Harbour City if you like shopping and the Star Ferry is just 10min walk away. You can cross to Kowloon Park via footbridge on the viewing platform. There is a 711 in the shopping centre just beneath the hotel (although it only opens 7am-11pm). The bed we had was a very comfortable 1.80m King bed.

Always a great stay here. They were so accommodating to check me in early but they put me on the wrong room type that I booked and paid. I had to ask them for the room that I booked. I had to wait a few hours, which I was willing to do anyway since I knew I was too early. The staff is very hospitable! The gym is small but usable. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet although almost the same food every day. The hotel is convenient to the park, Tsim Sha Tsui, the star ferry and many shopping options!

Feels like home

The bell staff always know me and go out of their way to help with anything I need. At this property the bell staff is the most outstanding feature. Feels like I’m returning home when I arrive at Royal Pacific Kowloon, Kong Kong!

I arrived at night and it was raining. So walking to a restaurant was not really an option. I have stayed here many times over the last 20 years. I was on my way to China and it is very convenient to the China Ferry, which is why I stayed here.
