Room was fine for a budget hotel. Typical non-segregated shower in the bathroom. Bed wasn't the worst but not the best. In a walkable area, but just barely.

New hotel in town centre, close to beach
The hotel is located at a quiet side street, the facilities and electrical appliances provided are of good brands and in good conditions. The room is spotlessly clean, reasonably sized and tastefully decorated. The hotel owner is a lady of Chinese origin, a very nice person, who greets and chats with us every time we met at the lobby.

Great value for money, friendly staff
We spent one night in Krabi Pitta House and we liked our room. The place is new, well furnished and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful: they gave us some hot drink (we arrived on a rainy day), called a cab to our next destination and gave us a local map and answered our questions about the surroundings. Internet was good. Mattress was comfy, towels and linen clean. Shower pressure good but shower head needs some clearing (some holes are clogged). All in all a great place for the price. There is a music restaurant a few hundred meters away so you need to keep the door of the tiny balcony closed (it's enough to lock all noise out).

The location was good. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. A nice area to walk around because the river is nearby too. The staff are friendly and speak good English which is very helpful. The breakfast is good. 3 choices and it's cheap. The room was of a high standard. The staff helped by booking our transport to Koh Lanta.

A good, clean option a bit out of town
This is a nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are a good size with big comfy beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly . You get free coffee and tea and some snacks in the morning, can pay for an actual breakfast which we didn't do. It's a bit of a walk from the pier 10-15 mins but it's along the river with lots of food stalls and restaurants on the way so you don't need to go too far. The only downside is that the bathroom was a bit of a squash and the balcony is tiny, just room to dry clothes. Overal very good.

Just what we needed for 1 night
I stayed here for 1 night because we arrived late to Krabi, so, it did not make sense to pay in full for a more expensive hotel in Ao Nang to arrive there almost a midnight. So, we decided to stay here for 1 night and next day go to a different hotel closer to the beaches. We were really surprised by the conditions of the room for the price, it was very clean and the facilities were just what we needed for a night. Do not expect to be close to beaches or fancy sightseeing.

Value for money, but far from centre of town
We reached Krabi town by airport bus and got dropped off at the shuttle bus station somewhere in the middle of the town. Was having difficulties in looking for the hotel because its location is outside the centre of the town, at least 20 minutes from night market and food stalls. Apart from the location, the hotel is considered value for money. Check in process was quick, staff can speak reasonably good English, room was clean, beds were new and comfortable, equipped with basic stuff like fridge. Safe was not provided. The bathroom's sliding door was however spoilt and the door couldn't be closed and locked. We didn't make a fuss about this as we were just staying for a night. Overall this hotel was value for money, especially for travellers who look for a short stay at the town.

Great, Clean Hotel.
Great little hotel. We stopped here last minuet as my Mrs was ill and the place we were stopping at was no good if you were ill. It was very clean and the staff are very friendly. It's a little bit out of town (about a 5 min walk). The room had a fridge, air con and really good shower.

Rooms were very clean tho its small. Service was great, the owner was able to speak good English. Breakfast was simple, toast and coffee but was satisfying. Location wise, very far from Ao Nang, however the hotel provides bike rental. No problem to travel around town area and to Ao nang

Completely satisfied with my one night stay
I stayed here for one night on my way to Phi Phi and it was wonderful. The hotel is in a decent location, easy for the taxi to find, and was very clean, both the lobby area and the room/bathroom itself. The receptionist was wonderful! I pestered her a few times for help and always a smile on her face and she genuinely wanted to assist. Coffee/tea/toast/ bananas are complimentary in the morning. The hotel books the usual ferries, tours, etc. if you need it. It's not directly in the busiest parts of Krabi but really, Krabi isn't all that busy to begin with. I would definitely stay again.
