Great property but the housekeeping never happened on time and for two days we couldn’t get our room cleaned because when I tried to book the room cleaning service in the app, they didn’t adhere to the time at all - I put in 12:40 because we’d be out, but they came around 6 which I think is not okay.

We loved this hotel

We loved this hotel! Location was perfect but once inside we were wowed, pool had lots of shaded areas but the roof top pool was fully in the sun with fantastic views. We had lunch at the hotel and it was good quality and very reasonable. We had a room upgrade due to celebrating our anniversary, the room had double aspect views that we loved; the balcony had a Balinese bed to relax on but we didn’t use. Would return!!

Average hotel

The experience was average overall. We liked that the hotel was in proximity of good restaurants nearby and we got a good deal for meka tour. Most of the staff wasn't friendly and almost rude at times. However the person at the pool with water scooter and the meka tour representative were really nice people. Condition of the room was below average as one wall had water precipitation.

Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond trying to make the customers happy!! Can’t say enough about them!! Delicious and huge amount of choices for breakfast friendly atmosphere, no one, was made to hurry and get out! Their entertainment and enthusiasm was infectious and our time at Panan first in a pool access room which was huge and so convenient to hop in and out, and later at a sea view room, clean and well stocked, was fantastic hope to book this again in the future! You can’t go wrong with Panan Krabi resort!! Thanks again
