Everything about this place is great. The property, the staff, the rooms and especially the location are 1st rate. The only complaints are that the jacuzzi did not work and the shower head is our room #1033 was old & broken; it had very little pressure and just dripped like a leaky garden hose

We stayed in a Jacuzzi Villa, excellent facilities, room cleaned and made daily. Restaurant is straight of the beach giving excellent views at breakfast. Staff are friendly and polite and quick to react to any requests. Right next to the walking street and a good base to explore nearby islands.

The maid service is so nad that i purposeful left dort amd she didnt clean. We had to complain constantly about the dirty room. Very outdated and will not stay again.

This is such a great place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous. The restaurant, where breakfast and other meals are served, is right on the beach. Perfect place for watching the sunset. The pool is nice when you need a break from the sun. Oddly, there are no lounge chairs for guests on the beach. Definitely walk to Phra Nang beach. Go early before the tours show up. It’s beautiful and quiet. No boats allowed. You need some patience when ordering food and drinks at the restaurant. The lunch crew was disorganized, and long waits was the norm. Just remember you’re on vacation!

Resort at the centre of Railay Beach
The hotel is located right on Railay Beach so can't fault the location at all as it's within walking distance of Walking Street where all the restaurants and bars are. Some other resorts are more secluded and further to walk to, so glad we got this resort. The check-in, check-out and other services like booking a two person kayak were great and the staff were friendly, attentive and kept the hotel clean and pristine, especially the garden and pool. However, the rooms and breakfast/restaurant area is a bit outdated. Probably great a decade or two ago, but the place could do with a touch up to make it relive its glory days. The breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about and we had dinner on the first night which was also so-so, but we were given a 10% food discount. Finally, I would recommend getting the airport transfer back. Worry-free of getting there on time. 1,600 Baht for the concierge to take your bags to the boat whilst you walk behind, private boat service, golf cart from pier to air-con van that takes you to the airport. Three modes of transport all within the hour! We would stay here again if we come back to Krabi/Railay Beach and hope to see it with a new lease of life.

What can I say, the hotel is right in front one of the best beaches and views a guest can ask for, bed was awesome, room was clean, It is loud till a late time, but if you're into staying up you wouldn't mind the noise I guess.

What a beautiful quiet spot on the beach, with still a night life to go out and have fun! I would come back here again, and recommend it to anyone staying there. It felt like we were on an island surrounded by beautiful mountain sides and the ocean.

This property may have been good at one time, but now it is a bad example of a 4 Star property. The rooms are old, the mattress hard like a wooden board, the toilet full of stains, the pool cushions moldy and the breakfast is very limited. I was double charged for the first night as well and even checked out 3 days early. I've been trying to work with Expedia, since they collected for the first night and they also told me they would work with the property to recover the 3 nights i checked out early. Since nobody is responding, I'm now posting my honest review.
