I'm posting conversation that takes place with apartment manager . Apartment that I've booked was switched for different on different street and in unacceptable condition, management seems to be not understanding or ignoring situation.. please read below...
Good morning, I'm really disappointed about reservations I've made for my family staying in Poland Kraków .Apartment I've booked was switched without my consent and any notification , that shouldn't happen ,also there is missing soap and shampoo that is standard in any places ,old coffee ( mould) left in oven and hanging wire from the selling.

I checked your reservation and I can not see any changes. You booked 2 bedroom apartment in Kazimierz Disctrict. Could you please tell us where we made a mistake regarding location of the apartment? You booked something else?
I am very sorry about the missing things. Would you like us to bring those today to your apartment?

I've booked on Expedia apartment in specific location and address based on pictures I saw ..Dietla 75/1A, Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland, 31-050 Expedia not allowing any changes without consent from travelers .it isn't fair to advertise different " product" apartment in that case and at time if arriving mislead people getting them to different location. Your pictures in Expedia represent your offer .
So.. later they blame EXPEDIA to make mistake and removing some notes. A lot room for improvement to be serious business.
