Location 10/10 Housekeeping is available. There is a tiny washer but no dryer but it didn’t really affect our time there. We unfortunately booked a room without elevator access so we hiked up to the third floor each evening but again only mentioned it for those with mobility issues. Amazing restaurant right across from the hotel and it is a must. Higher end but well priced and food is amazing. Would 100% stay here again!!!!

Wonderful- loveliest hotel we have been in for a while. Attention to detail, quality of products, fabrics, and thoughtfulness was way beyond.. Bed was great! We also ate in Fiorentina restaurant- incredible meal and they accommodated us after a much delayed return from Auschwitz trip. Thankyou!

Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well.

This is a stunning hotel and probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor is amazing, everywhere is spotless, the staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. There is something about the smaller hotels which for me gives them the edge on larger establishments. I can't wait to go back again.

The property is situated 5 minute walk from the main square and even closer to Wawel Castle, So very well positioned. The room we stayed was 108 which is well positioned and overlooks the courtyard. Bathroom is well appointed, good shower and nice Molton Brown soaps, shampoo and bathgel and cream. The staff were always helpful when we spoke with them.

Just back from a fantastic 3 day trip to Krakow. Stayed at the Balthazar Design hotel. Excellent establishment, spotlessly clean, very central to Old Quarter and Jewish Quarter. Staff were exceptionall, welcoming, friendly, helpful to the point that nothing was too much for them. They organised our airport transport both ways, takeaway breakfasts when we had early morning excursions booked and all with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel and would be my first choice if I visited Krakow again.
